3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Appointment Booking & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked through our platform based on healer availability.
• Cancellations must be made at least 1 day in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.
• Psyted reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Payments & Refunds

• Payment for services must be made as per the pricing displayed at the time of booking.
• Refund policies vary depending on the healer and type of service provided.
• No refunds will be issued for completed consultations unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Psyted is a marketplace that facilitates connections between users and therapists. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

We are not responsible for any harm, injury, or loss arising from the use of services provided by therapists on our platform.

Users are responsible for verifying the qualifications and expertise of therapists.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Psyted website and app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Psyted or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any user account without notice if:

• The user violates these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected.
